• Knowledge of CMMS, Reliability, and proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
• Knowledge on vibration analysis, RCM and RBI
• API 510/570/580 certification will be an added advantage
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and a "hands-on" attitude
• cGMP experience is a plus

Job Duties

• Attend to sales queries and prepare quotations
• Assist to generate sales documents like DOs and POs etc
• Assist with data compilation and other sales support related work.
• Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

• Preferably have some technical background but not necessary.
• Detailed oriented
• Organised
• Must be willing to work in Tuas (Nearest MRT station: Gul Circle)
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
