· Report to Project Director / Project Manager.

· Attend site visit and prepare cost estimation.

· Co-ordinating and follow up all the individual respective project team like Civil, E&I, Scaffolding, Automation, Passivation, Safety, Lifting and others.

· As a Controls Engineer you should perform a vital role in designing and developing systems for manufacturing operations.

· Draft tender documents and cost estimation spreadsheet.

· Design layouts, materials and information flow, or machine placement.

· Present final figures and unit rates to management.

· Prepare / review of project specification, P&ID and material take-off.

· Handling all technical queries and investigating all work-related problems and coordinating with client/sub-contractor/supplier to clarify the problems.

· Ensure the Safety, Productivity and Quality of the project.

· Prepare Method of Statement (MOS), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Project Schedule and other working procedures.

· Ensure the installation / erection works meets the specification and requirements.

· Liaise with QA/QC personnel and ensure all the works comply with the requirements.

· To carry out inspecting and rectifying any unsafe practices and unsafe place of work.

· You will oversee the safety and job/ project operation.

· Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports/ safety reports/ manpower reports etc.

· You are to direct, guide and manage all tasks under your charge and ensure it is carried out in the most creative, efficient and professional manner to the best of your ability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor architectural works from design to construction stage of design & build projects.

• Collaborate with Structural and M&E teams to provide technical directions on design and detail development. Review the architectural design from consultants and subcontractors based on contractual and project specification requirement.

• Prepare, review and monitor architectural works schedule based on the project master program. Regularly provide updates through coordination meetings.

• Attend regular technical meetings related to architectural works through design stage and construction stage.

• Oversee the overall planning of architectural works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.

• Oversee the monitoring of site to ensure that all architectural works of the project team and subcontractors are in compliance to the defined standards and drawings. Provide technical supports to construction & operation teams.

• Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards.

• Support interactions with Client/SO/Government agencies, consultants, subcontractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues.

• Report to Design Manager/ Construction Manager on following up materials, shop drawing preparing from our consultants and subcontractors.

• Provide review and submissions to clients.

• Provide input to the Project Management Team on all architectural related matters.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Engineering or its equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

• This role is to ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.

• Experience with LTA Project is preferable

* Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM BEP/LAE BIM

GUID and BIM project criteria

* Collaborate and coodinate internally or/and externally with other desciplines

design changes and model changes

* Develop accurate construction drawings and extact data based on the descipline BIM platform

* Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM software and tools

* Able use navisworks to present VDC

* Attend coordination meeting with Project Consultants and coordinate with Project member of

other disciplines

* Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM Model until as build

* Carry out proper procedures and preparation for drafting for the different stages of issure &

authority submission of the project assigned.

* Production of shop-drawings and as built drawing, including BIM Models if required.

* Document control of submissions (Technical Data, sho-drawings, as built)

* Maintain records for changes and updates on drawings.

* Develop shop drawing according to the schedule.

* Produce/Draw/Amend/Update drawings using BIM according to specs, co-ordinate with

project department

* Able to independently create BIM model using Revit with high level of accuracy.

* Able to independently carry out clash analysis of all services and resolve the area of clashes.

* Responsible for BIM Project setup and Maintenance of BIM model.

* Able to independently create the necessary 3D BIM Revit libraries and families, etc.

* Responsible for generating COBie using Autodesk Revit.

* Prepare CAD drawings such as detailed plan, elevation, detail and section, isometric

drawings, 3D drawings, single-line, double-line and schematic drawings.

* Sketch and design the layout of MEP services and routings of MEP services with consideration

of space for maintenance and operation

* Need to attend Coordination meeting whenever necessary.

* Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Description

> Performing electrical engineering work in analysis, design, development, running simulations, prototyping hardware, evaluation, planning, testing and operations;

> working with the end customer and/or systems engineers to gather requirements and convert them to engineering specifications;

Job Requirements

> Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Automation Control or equivalent

> Responsible and committed.

> Good problem solving and troubleshooting knowledge using systematic approach

> Knowledge of AutoCAD software or electrical equivalent will be an advantage

> Ability to design electrical circuit and perform electrical calculations
