• To assist with Warehouse's Annual Stock-Take Activity and cycle count
• To ensure timely updating of data into system and accuracy of data
• Maintain the proper filling and document control for all processes
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Location in Sungei Kadut Workshop until the workshop in Jalan Papan is ready

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee C&S design progress against schedule and budget on projects.
• Manage the interfacing with M&E contractors
• Coordinate with engineering consultant, review and comment its design drawings
• Monitor the design progress and statutory submission against project baseline program
• Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues.
• Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design change orders.
• Administer design subcontract including processing monthly invoices for payment.
• Coordinate and monitor status of design incentive/disincentive programs complying with provisions of design subcontract.
• Perform constructive reviews conforming design to prime contract requirements and proposal commitments.
• Coordinate and control design submittals for owner’s review and approval.
• Lead a design team for overall C&S and architectural design works, assist QS team for material takeoff and tendering, manage subcontractors and support site construction works
• Facilitate resolving design issues with owner.

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering
• Preferably 2 years of relevant expereince in the planning and design of major waste to energy projects or similar major projects
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well versed with C&S software

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal department, to meet objective and requirements, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project
• Responsible for conceptual and detailed design for standard and customized build automation/equipment such as material handling, process automation,fixturing, and tooling.
• Hands-on prototype assembly, testing, and qualification inclusive of troubleshooting.
• Prepare cost estimation, budget, control report and other technical documentations when required
• Hands-on and assist in the factory manufacturing, installation, buyoff, supporting of projects internally and at customer sites, and other technical activities when required
• Assist in monitoring of projects, prepare reports on project progress and ensure project schedule is being met
• Prepare design, details and assembly drawings by using Solid Work, Auto CAD or equivalent software
• Resolve and escalate cross-functional technical issues for projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation / Mechatronics / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 2-3years experience in handling and designing automation machine
• Ability to identify problems and resolve them in a timely manner
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and BizSafe
