Diagnose & troubeshoot all types of marine issues

• Conduct basic installation of technical solutions following predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities
• Escalate technical issues to more senior level technical specialist and supports more senior level technical specialists in complex deployments
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades and deployments
• Establish and build positive customer relationships and assure complete customer satisfaction at the assigned accounts by adherence to the following: prompt onsite arrival time, technical expertise, knowledge of customer environment, professionalism, and periodic visits as needed
• Perform part replacements as directed by the technical support lab. This includes the timely and accurate submission of all associated documentation, part return within 24 hours of the events.

Working in workshop and Anchorage vessels.

- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

- Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs.

- To perform any other duties & Responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

- Min 5 Years experiences

- Knowledge of MS office.

- Able to work OT.

- Excellent coordination skills.

- Able to work in Night shifts.

- Able to working at Height.

Responsibilities:

· Reporting to Managing Director

· Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned project

· Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, claims, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.

· Ensure that works complies with standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

· Liaise with Consultant on technical issues & assist in Site inspections and coordination.

· Coordinate the handing over of completed works and completion of the necessary rectification works.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field

· Proven working experience preferably in civil works

· Decision making ability and leadership skills

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software

· Relevant training and/or certifications

The Role:

Planning and Preparation: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan installation activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site preparation.

2. Equipment Inspection: Inspect equipment or systems prior to installation to ensure they meet specifications and are in proper working condition.

3. Site Assessment: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate installation requirements, including space constraints, access points, and safety considerations.

4. Installation Supervision: Lead installation teams, providing guidance and direction to technicians, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.

5. Assembly and Configuration: Assemble and configure equipment or systems according to manufacturer guidelines and technical specifications, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality.

6. Testing and Commissioning: Conduct tests and commissioning activities to verify the functionality and performance of installed systems, troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies as needed.

7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure installations meet company standards and customer requirements, conducting inspections and audits throughout the installation process.

8. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards during installation activities, promoting a culture of safety among installation teams.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including documentation of materials used, work performed, and any deviations from the original plan. Prepare reports for project managers and clients as required.

10. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering installations that meet or exceed expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

The Requirements:

1. Candidates with Railway experience will be preferred.

2. Minimum 2 year experience in installation of electrical and communication infrastructures.

3. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, preferred.

4. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Willing to work outside of prime office hours as required.

6. Self-motivated and Service oriented.

7. Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
