The Senior QA Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This position involves developing and executing manual and automated tests to ensure the software implementation fulfills the intended functionality. The candidate should possess a strong background in software testing and quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive test cases based on business requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for Mobile Apps and APIs
• Identify, document and track software defects. Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Provide guidance to junior QA engineers.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as a QA Engineer and Automation engineer / SDET.
• Experience with Postman, RestAssured, Appium, Selenium, Maven / Dependency management.
• Adhere to best practices using Git / Bitbucket.
• CI/CD integration of automation scripts. Generate test report for automated scenarios
• Strong, independent contributor with achieving team-oriented goals in mind
• Experience with automated testing using TOSCA will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems
• Ensure IT Tickets are properly logged and followed up with timely escalation to the supervisor and vendors
• Support of business application systems consist of but not limited to DMS (Dealer Management System) and CRM (Customer Management System).
• Ensure proper workflow and documentation of business application systems are in place in the areas of application data backups, housekeeping process, project documentation, application disaster recovery procedures, application licenses and inventory

Experience

· Bachelor or higher qualification in Technology /Information Management /Computer Science
