We are searching for a reliable, deadline-driven construction supervisor to oversee construction crews at our company. The construction supervisor's responsibilities include recruiting new crew members, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all staff on safety. You should ensure that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available.

To be successful as a construction supervisor, you should demonstrate a sound understanding of safety regulations and building codes and be able to transfer this knowledge to your team. Top-notch construction supervisors are leaders who can identify problems and find feasible solutions to them.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
• Working closely with architects and other professionals.
• Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:

• High school diploma or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferable.
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Experience in a leadership role recommended.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Review customers' regulatory requirements and conduct compliance review such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, etc
• Work with Engineering to obtain BOM. Coordinate with SCM to gather regulatory declaration/ compliance letter from suppliers to ensure material used comply with regulatory requirements
• Review compliance verification on collected declarations and provide compliance letter to customers to ensure our products meets customer requirements.
• Gather compliance documentation on first buy / FA, review and file records.
• Perform updating on new compliances / changes, work with team on gathering declaration updates and filing records.
• Review and conduct regulatory documentation updating exercise every 2 years or upon customer's request.

Qualification and traits desired:

1. Minimum Diploma in Quality Management /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Possess Internal Quality Audit training certificate in ISO 13485 and 9001 will be advantageous
3. Minimum 2 years in Q, preferably with similar working experience in regulatory compliance.
4. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably has performed Internal Quality Audit.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills/good interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Review tender specifications / customers’ requirements and prepare process design.
• Obtain quotation from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors based on the requirements.
• Interact closely with vendors to understand new technologies and effective implementation of customer applications using vendor’s information.
• Interact closely with customers on technical information and clarifications.
• Prepare cost effective costings.
• Prepare commercial & technical proposals with specifications for timely bid submissions.
• Generate / coordinate P&ID and General Arrangement drawings.
• Work with Business Development Manager to apply costing and process design strategies to increase probability of winning bids.
• Coordinate with Process / Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation Team for technical clarification support if required.
• Follow up with customers on submitted proposals and potential opportunities.
• Negotiate with vendors and customers if required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge or previous experience in water treatment process and municipal wastewater treatment such as Filtration, UF, RO, EDI, SRU, MBBR, MBR etc.
• Knowledge and experience on pumps, motors, valves, piping, mechanical and electrical components for oil and gas industry is added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work on own initiative.
• Willing to travel for site visits, sales presentation to customers and technical clarification meeting occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• To follow strict instituted workplace security policy at the customer premises.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, perform networking routing and switching problem resolution, escalation and/or closure of incident including problem analysis and identification of the source of the problem, escalate to next level of support, track and get the issue resolved within the specified time as agreed with the customer.
• Perform configuration change activities as per instructions & guidelines.
• Provide problem status to the Service Desk and/or update into the ticketing tool according to the Procedures Manual.
• Perform day-to-day Network operation for the Network Infra-structure and Network Equipment at the customer/IBM premises, including performance monitoring, bandwidth monitoring.
• Work with customer's vendor to perform testing and preventative maintenance according to the schedule provided by the customer for the Network Equipment
• Perform periodic OS upgrade and Patching as and when required.
• To perform 24X5 rotational 12 hours shift onsite availability and 24X7 standby / remote support availability as and when needed for critical incidents.
• Provide proactive incident reports for all Network related problems, faults, events.
• Respond to all fault calls inclusive of emails and other forms of communications for Firewall related issues and problems reported
• Provide multi-vendor equipment support across a wide range of models and types of networking equipment
• Perform security activities like hardening/periodic health check/ ID validation and other compliance activities as per customer’s security policies and standards.
• Maintain/Update IT hardware and software inventory list and compliance related databases or similar Databases.
• Maintain the device inventory list for the customer when needed, Maintain the software/firmware for all the devices up to date. Maintain the inventory of certificates/license file and install/update/renew certificates/licenses as and when required.
• Subscribe to vendor notifications for the managed devices for vulnerabilities and review/validate/apply security patches pro-actively.
• Perform device activation / deactivation as per customer’s service activation and deactivation process.
• Maintain the IP address inventory and allocate new IP address when required by business.
• Engage third part vendors to resolve hardware issues and follow up till closure
• Monitor vendor End of Life / End of Support notifications for all In Scope Devices and inform the client.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years work experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 networking technical support in a 24x5 Network Operation Center environment.
• Must be able to work on 12 hours rotational shift on a 24X5 onsite and 24X7 standby / remote support team setup.
• CCNP certification preferred.
• Expert level knowledge in implementation and maintenance of Cisco Routers and Switches of all series.
• Good knowledge in Cisco IOS
• Good knowledge in implementation and operations support of NAC (network access control)
• Good knowledge in Aruba Clear Pass / Cisco ISE
• Good knowledge in Wireless Network / Access Points / Controllers support and troubleshooting
• Expert level understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, Packet Tracers and network analytics tools
• Good knowledge on Firewall Products like Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Checkpoint

Role Summary

You will be responsible and focus on improving tool performance and availability, in charge if maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the respective modules: Etch (Dry Etch and Wet Etch); Photolithography; Diffusion; Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP); Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD); or Physical Vapor Deposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment performance in cleanroom environment for quality production.
• Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency
• Install and qualify new tool sets on schedule to increase capacity promptly
• Continually improve tool uptime availability, drive defect reduction and enhance hardware capability
• Develop defense and monitoring system to prevent equipment failure or performance lost.
• Analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize equipment parameters and controls
• Actively collaborate with equipment suppliers and partners to identify tool deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventive solutions

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
• Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months
