Job Description:
• Manage, control, coordinate and oversee M & E’s Project full Spectrum
• Involve in project management and contract administration of project.
• Identify key design and delivery issues / solutions or risks.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients / developers, sub-contractor and suppliers.
• Review M&E tender documents and highlight contractual requirements including proposal for value engineering.

• Monitor and manage approved project budget by management and provide value engineering to work scope and materials
• Manage and resolve design and technical issues with site manager/coordinator/supervisor/Factory manager.
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (submit weekly site progress Report to management)
• Monitor and manage rectification works.
• To establish progressive and finalized final claim to clients for each completed projects
• To participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required
• To evaluate and approve sub-contractors/suppliers claim and recommend appropriate payments
• Attend company's weekly and fortnightly meetings

• Support for any application/platform and security incidents, work with various internal teams and vendors to resolve issues on a timely basis to meet SLA.
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining asset inventory to ensure all asset are accounted for.
• Ensure that Standard Operation Processes (SOPs) are properly documented and complies with audit requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or in relevant disciplines.
• Added advantage with AWS Certification - At least 1 years of working experience in Cloud-based services, IT operations and vendor management.
• Proactive and dedicated individual with multi-tasking capabilities
• Working knowledge of and experienced in Public Agency IT/System environment is preferred.
• In-depth hands-on experience on:
• Familiar with cloud-based services such as Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with security and access control measures to control privileged access to test and production environment.
• Experience in networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, Network Security, Firewall rules, Load Balancers, VPNs and DNS
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore.
• Troubleshooting connectivity and data transfer issues.
• Certification in AWS SysOps is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee structural steel projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and design calculations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the selection and procurement of structural steel materials and components.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Supervise and coordinate the fabrication, installation, and inspection of structural steel elements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel engineering.
• Proficient in structural design software and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel codes, standards, and design principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
