1. Daily Attendance Tracking:
- Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained for all personnel.
- Submit daily attendance reports to the client in a timely manner.
2. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
3. Client Liaison:
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our client.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with the client regarding attendance, scheduling, and other matters.
4. General Administration:
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and organization of meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
2. Experience:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience working with clients and providing excellent customer service.
3. Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
