· To check and monitor the Structural and Architectural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings, and method of statements

· To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.

· To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and take responsibility for their work and performance.

· To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records of works, materials, and equipment at the site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, and assisting in the coordination of the Contractor’s works with consultants and any external parties.

Job Scope

• Develop and implement detailed lifting plans, including load calculations, equipment selection and site setup
• Monitor and supervise all lifting activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate lifting operations
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with lifting activities
• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in managing CCTV deployment projects, ensuring all tasks are executed on schedule and within scope.

- Coordinate the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of CCTV and associated devices.

- Monitor and track issues reported by the project team or customer stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
