• Monitor closely on every production process which include production and productivity, mine out schedule, hauling road maintenance, fuel usage and quality, blasting, survey vs truck count, disposal distance, idling time based on care track.
• Daily monitoring of employee OT hours, RO plan, attendance, discipline with a daily target of 85% working units running with sufficient manpower.
• Responsible for all workshop and warehouse issues, including spare parts usage, preventive maintenance and servicing, drilling machine, human error investigation report.
• Ensure general affairs are in good conditions. E.g. Facilities cleanliness, kitchen cleanliness, air-con and water system maintenance.

· Attend standby callout to the Emergency work upon request.

· Support operation for smooth production, trouble shoot and maintaining of high priority equipment’s like Centrifuge, decanter, chiller and shredder.

· Coordinate and supervise scheduled, breakdown and TA work executions by contractors including maintenance executed projects and modifications.

· Compliance with all safety measures, quality and maintenance procedures, including related technical specifications.

· Timely reporting of maintenance activities updates, and manage work order in SAP (PM closing, PR rise, SES, manpower hours and purchasing etc)

Job requirement:

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.

· 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on construction projects.

· Relevant experience in mechanical building services engineering design, including specifications writing and calculations.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

• Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.
