Nanyang Environment and Water Research Institute, NTU is looking for a Research Fellow with expertise in chemical reactors to develop an improved prototype for a thermocatalytic process.

The project is funded by National Environment Agency, Singapore to address one of the largest problems in waste management – the problem of plastic waste pollution. A significant fraction of plastic waste has substandard quality for mechanical and chemical recycling even after sorting and cleaning. The Research Fellow will work on the design, fabrication and testing of a chemical reactor system that will use pyrolysis-chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology for converting these plastic waste streams (specifically, contaminated and rejected plastics) into multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and hydrogen. The role of Research Fellow is to design a system prototype that can effectively mitigate the impact of impurities from diverse plastic waste streams on production outputs and can be operated in a continuous mode.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be undertaking full research work and administrative duties during the term of employment within the following areas:

• Experimental work on plastic waste conversion into carbon nanotubes and hydrogen.

RESPONSIBILITY

Assist Product Owner and Business Analyst to craft out user story acceptance criteria.
Analyze and decompose complicated software systems, and design a holistic test strategy.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and develop test automation frameworks.
Develop test suites of test scenarios and test cases.
Take a risk-based approach for test automation.
Perform time-boxed exploratory testing.
Maintain a regression test suite in the QA nightly build.
Actively refine smoke test suite in the Development CI environment.
Lead system integration testing with other system owners.
Manage user acceptance testing.
Manage the defect life cycle, test artifacts, and repository.
Drive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools.
Take on a secondary role as an Application Performance Engineer or Application Security Engineer.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

Minimum of 3 years of experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation.
Strong analytical skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills, such as tactfulness.
Good presentation and listening skills.
Experience in an agile development environment will be an added advantage.
Experience with Robot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, Playwright, Micro Focus Testing Tools (Mobile Center, UFT, QC, and Sprinter) or EggPlant will be an added advantage.
Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage.

This job is for a DMZ Network Implementation Engineer, responsible for developing HLD/LLD and implementation of Business Partner Connectivity in accordance with the financial organization’s Global Architectural Governance, Design Standards and Policies to meet specific connectivity requirements.

The role of the DMZ Network Implementation Engineer is to provide technical implementation services for various projects ranging from Design and Implementation of new DMZ towers, enabling new customers to allow connectivity through existing DMZ towers, upgrade/refresh of existing DMZ towers and associated activities.

The resource must have Japanese speaking capability (either JLPT 1 / JLPT 2 level).

Sales:

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for control valves and on-off valves.

Application Engineering:
