Duties/Responsibilities

• Design, develop and generate electrical single-line diagrams (SLD) schematics, control logics, general arrangement (GA) diagrams using industry-standard software and tools.
• Select appropriate electrical components to ensure design optimization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design specifications, bills of materials, etc.
• Ensure that designs comply with relevant safety and industry regulations and international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, digitalization, project, production teams to ensure successful project execution within cost budget.
• Attend meetings with project team to understand clients requirements during project execution
• Participate in pre-sales activities to generate bill of material and designs for the purpose of quotation generation
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to electrical, control and mechanical design, both independently and as part of a team, during design, production, testing and commissioning processes.
• Assist production and site teams on trouble-shooting, testing and commissioning, when needed
• Manage a team of electrical and control engineers

Required Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in electrical design and principle.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and their applications.
• Proficiency in electrical design software

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical design engineering, preferably with low voltage and control panels application.
• Experience at re-engineering existing products to meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in low voltage switchboards design or manufacturing

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for designing portions of engineering solutions, developing and implementing parameters and test plans, and conducting feasibility studies.
• The role applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to design, analyze, build, and test mechanical components.
• The role participates in project teams with internal and outsourced partners to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.
• The role manages relationships with partners and suppliers, oversees design engineering change processes, and drives value engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Designs portions of engineering solutions for mechanical and thermal hardware, electronics enclosures, and production tooling based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines.
  Develops and implements parameters and test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, developing fan curves, system power measurements & acoustics.
  Conducts feasibility studies, design margin and validation analyses and empirical testing on new and modified designs.
• Performs root cause analysis of defects, propose, evaluate and implement solutions.
  Works in a collaborative environment to design, analyze, build and test mechanical components, devices, structures and assemblies, including mechanical ground support equipment.
  Participates as a member of project team of other mechanical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for low to moderate to complex products.
  Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, on mechanical and thermal design and development, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs.
  Manages design engineering change notifications/engineering change approval request processes, qualification tests, and schedule.
  Manages value engineering project proposals, schedule, tests, and communication.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design and solutions, implementation across hardware development lifecycle, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

• Perform end user IT Support
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware Respond promptly to incident,
• investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
• Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned / required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Maintain workers records upto date.
• Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
• Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users on the construction project sites.

Requirements :

• At least a any Master’s Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows system
• Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
• Good understanding and experience of Windows operating system, office365, Sharepoint and Autodesk
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
