Responsibilities

• To be the main personnel to all stakeholders for assigned projects and all maintenance works
• To ensure all scope for project/maintenance works are executed as per specifications and contract terms
• To prepare the project schedule for site works
• To delegate work to the maintenance supervisor and installation team
• To source and procure replacement parts required for maintenance works
• To adhere to the company’s work methodology and procedures
• To report site progress and project status to the Operations Manager
• To assist the Operations Manager in performing any other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Safety Compliance pieces of training & Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the Construction Industry
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License

· Able to work independently and supervise construction work.

· Min. Diploma candidates preferred.

· At least 2 years experience with relevant field

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.

· Assist site supervisor with daily operation

· Liaising with main contractor for coordination work.

· Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress.

· Report to Project Director / Project Manager.

· Any other duties as assigned by the Project Director / Project Manager.

· Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

· Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.

· Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

· Coordinate subcontractors and manage their activities on site.

1. Responsibilities

· Analyse the Authority’s data needs and document the requirements.

· Refine data collection/consumption by migrating data collection to more efficient channels.

· Plan, design and implement data engineering jobs and reporting solutions to meet the analytical needs.

· Develop test plan and scripts for system testing, support user acceptance testing.

· Work with the Authority’s technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution.

· Ensure the smooth operations and service level of IT solutions.

· Support production issues

2. What we are looking for

· Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology.

· Strong SQL, data modelling and data analysis skills are a must.

· Hands-on experience in DevOps deployment and data virtualisation tools like Denodo will be preferred.

· Understanding of reporting or visualization tool like SAP BO and Tableau is important.

· Track record in implementing systems using Hive, Impala and Cloudera Data Platform will be preferred.

· Hands-on experience in big data engineering jobs using Python, Pyspark, Linux, and ETL tools like Informatica.

· Strong SQL and data modelling and data analysis skills.

· Good understanding of analytics and data warehouse implementations.

· Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resource to application stack traces.

· Track record in implementing systems with high availability, high performance, high security hosted at various data centres or hybrid cloud environments will be an added advantage.
