Job specifications

Technical Skills

• 3G, 4G, 5G & 6G
• Gas cutting, PP welding, Metal Arc welding, Orbitual welding
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Softs Skills

• Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous organized reliable and able to handle work pressure well
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a good command of both spoken and written English

Education Level

• Minimum holding Higher NITEC certificate
• BCSS
• Welding certificate would be an advantage
• Able to follow the standard welding SOP
• Able to complete task within the timeline

Develop and document detailed design specifications:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed design documents.

Create and maintain project development schedules:

Involve in end-to-end project development and testing efforts:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software design and development using .NET technology.
• Experience in VC++ 6.0 is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework 4.5, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services, API development, and implementing security features in .NET applications.
• Familiarity with MS Visual Studio Team Systems.
• Experience with Agile development using Scrum
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• To manage the office internal maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issue.
• Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
• Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
• Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.
• Prepare monthly report.
• Prepare quotation for minor and A&A works.
• Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
• Min. 5 years working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable working 5.5 and/or 6 days work week (Accordingly to client's work hours0
• Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites.
