DC Operations Management

• Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, or escalated for 2nd/3rd level resolution based on criticality, impact and SLA

• Ensure all DC supporting infrastructure (i.e. Environment Monitoring System (EMS), Access Control Systems, Electronic Visitation Management System.etc) are functioning well.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues to provide timely support to customers.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Office 365 services, manage user accounts and licenses, and ensure data compliance.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender and ThreatLocker to protect against malware and manage application security.
• Manage and secure employee devices using Intune, policy deployment, app management.
• Administer Azure AD and manage cloud identities, along with SharePoint and Exchange services in the cloud.
• Manage FortiGate firewall settings, oversee VPN configurations with FortiClient.
• Configure and maintain Aruba Instant On for reliable wireless connectivity.
• Oversee Cloudflare WAF settings to secure web applications against threats and DNS management.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 11, including system errors, compatibility issues, and hardware integration; manage updates and configurations.
• Manage server operations using VMware vCenter, including virtual server instances, performance monitoring, security policies, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Utilize IT ticketing systems to manage user requests and track resolution progress.
• Monitor and analyze security events using Log360 SIEM.
• Support Microsoft Teams for communication, and develop workflows and apps with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.

Job Requirements

• Experience in calibration of instrument and issuance of reports for Accredited ISO:17025 certificate.
• Knowledge on Uncertainty for instrumentation and Medical Devices calibration.
• At least 4 years’ experience in handling calibration scope for pharmaceutical and statutory boards.
• Degree with at least 4 years' relevant experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead project planning efforts, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project team members to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood by all parties.

• Procure materials, equipment, and services required for construction, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to obtain the best value for the organization.

• Oversee construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and best practices.

• Manage project finances, tracking expenses, reviewing change orders, and addressing budget variances to maintain profitability and financial accountability.

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• Lead project meetings, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and assigning action items to keep project teams aligned and focused on achieving project goals.

• At least 3 years relevant local experience in construction industry.

• Bachelor’s degree majored in civil engineering or other relevant fields recognized by PEB (Professional Engineers Board).

• Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) certification.

• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

• Proficiency on computer program and engineering software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence and exceed client expectations.

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience in administration and implementation

o Good knowledge of the following, but not limited to:

o Firewall technologies (high availability, virtual firewall concept)

o IP load balancer

o Distribution and core switches

o Router configuration (high availability)

o LAN and WAN administration

• Good understanding of a services business in a high-tech environment from a supplier, integrator or operator’s perspective

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with ability to provide quick resolution to problems
