Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for our cybersecurity product capabilities development and sustenance.
• Technology Subject Matter Expert who understands security landscape and solution credibly with ability to work with cross-functional team including solution architecting, pre- and post-sales engagements, project management to deliver cybersecurity product solutions.
• Set strategic direction in alignment with business objectives, keeping abreast of industry best practices.
• A People manager providing guidance and mentoring a team of technical professionals, fostering collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of software development experience of which at least 5 years are in a technical leadership role in cybersecurity
• Technical knowledge in the following is a must.

1. Networking Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, with the ability to design and implement complex network infrastructures.
2. DevOps: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the organization, including continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
3. Software Version Control: Implement and manage software version control systems to track changes, facilitate collaboration, and ensure code quality.

• Previous experience working on government projects specifically in cybersecurity environment and governance, risk management and compliance is an added advantage.
• Experience with deployment orchestration, automation and security configuration management
• Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams
• Effective communication and presentation skills with ability to transpose complex security concepts into business terms/impacts.
• Relevant Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, PMP or equivalent

Job description:

• Oversee the facility design, construction and qualification of new sterilization area, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.
• Manage and supervise contractors and vendors.
• Work with other functional teams to ensure designed new area fulfil needs of stakeholders.

• Tender preparation, evaluation and award to contractor
• Qualification of the new construction build up based on Medtronic qualification strategy
• Follow up with various parties to ensure successful submission and permitting from regulation body not limited to EEOA, NEA, FSSD, BCA and etc.
• Ensure construction and demolition do not affect existing production and business
• Design, purchase and build services to connect all sterilization system equipment ensuring the system are fully integrated and functional.

Job requirements:

• Minimally diploma in facilities management
• Prior experience in relevant capacity is required
