Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the DC facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfillment of our service commitment to customers.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to adopt sales strategies accordingly
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and administration, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients
Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to measure your performance
Being proactive in conducting monthly market research
Requirements
Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above
Presentable and well mannered with good punctuality
Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
Genuine passion for mobility
Adaptable to changes
Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise
Good written and spoken English to liaise with clients
Ability to speak Japanese or Korean or any other language besides Mandarin and English is advantageous

Responsible of Project/ Site Engineer
Oversee construction activities and monitor progress, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of work.
Develop and adhere to schedules in alignment with master and detailed work programs.
Address technical and engineering challenges as they arise.
Provide guidance to supervisors to ensure construction progress aligns with established schedules.
Uphold quality standards through site inspections and timely resolution of technical issues.
Prepare reports and method statements as required.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma/ Degree with 3 years of experience in Construction MRT project
Comfortable with 6 days work per week
