• To lead a team of supervisors/ electricians/ technicians to carry out their works accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
• Manage end to end delivery of project through defined project scope, detailed project plan & seek stakeholder’s agreement for sign-off
• Track project status to ensure delivery is on track and provide regular project updates
• Able to handle a few minor projects concurrently
• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering
• Able to read basic structural drawings.
• Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience
• Experience in PPVC & PBU projects are added advantage.

Job scope

• To coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.
• Checking that the assembly or production line comply to standards and procedures.
• To perform daily post-pour and pre-delivery inspections before delivery of components.
• Report non-conformance to Manager for immediate action.
• Collaborate with planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly delivery plans.

• To arrange storage of product.
• Carry out monthly stock take as when required.

As the Operations Assistant, you will be the second in command to the Manager. You will also be required to prepare and file forms and other documents, attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and staff, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, arrange and coordinate interviews, apply for permits and passes, and update logs and timekeeping for staff.

Requirements and Skills:

• Able to communicate in Mandarin with Taiwan and China customers.

• Willing to travel for business trips.

• Class 3 driving license

• Have proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role.

• You should have superb organizational abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and strong business acumen.

• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize efficiently.

• Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills are also important, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
