Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provision Windows notebooks and accounts to user
• Onsite and remote support for IT issues
• Perform security and windows patching as required.
• Operational Support and administration of Cloud and IT infrastructure
• Participate in weekly after-office-hour support.
• Configuration, maintenance and support of Office Automation software and ticketing system (Jira)
• End user training and communication of IT initiative

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology/Science/Computer Science/Engineering or related technical area of study

• Fundamental understanding of IT concepts regarding hardware and software, network, data storage, data backups, and monitoring

What You Can Expect

• Use latest tools and methodologies such as UVM to develop state of the art verification environment to verify the functionalities of automotive ethernet switches.
• Formulate and develop coverage-driven, constrained random tests to catch pre-silicon design bugs.
• Work with design engineers, verification architect to design test plan, coverage model and test suites to improve the quality of our chips to satisfy automotive customer requirements.
• Engage in development of new verification methodologies and continuous workflow improvement to achieve certification in functional safety.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields (such as Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Control and Automation) with coursework in digital logic design, coding, and networking.
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields with good results are encouraged to apply.
• Have less than 2 years relevant experience.
• Have experience in Object Oriented Programming language such as Java, System Verilog, C++. Candidate with experience in other programming language will also be considered.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Make.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Responsible for the optimization and iteration of computer vision related models in the e-commerce scene, including fine grain classification, Product object recognition, Product subject recognition, feature extraction, logo detection, brand recognition, etc., to optimize the merchant's product loading and unloading process.

- Responsible for e-commerce short video and livestream classification, multi-modal content mining, multi-modal content understanding, optimize e-commerce short video and livestream shopping experience.

- Responsible for e-commerce image search, photo search goods, goods duplication algorithm.

- Explore the cutting-edge technology of computer vision, responsible for the iteration and evolution of the overall algorithm and system.

- Support the production of scalable and optimised AI/machine learning (ML) models

- Focus on building algorithms for the extraction, transformation and loading of large volumes of realtime, unstructured data to deploy AI/ML solutions from theoretical data science models.

- Run experiments to test the performance of deployed models, and identifies and resolves bugs that arise in the process.

- Work in a team setting and apply knowledge in statistics, scripting and programming languages required by the firm.

- Work with the relevant software platforms in which the models are deployed.

Qualifications

- Work experience in a university, industry, or government lab(s), in a role with primary emphasis on AI research.

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in related fields.

- In-depth research in a certain field of multimedia and computer vision, including but not limited to: image search, image/video classification and recognition, image segmentation, object detection, OCR, graph neural networks, multimodal, unsupervised and self-supervised learning, etc.

- Familiar with the training and deployment of one or more framework models of TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet, and understand training acceleration methods such as hybrid precision training and distributed training.

- Familiar with the latest research and technical progress of model compression acceleration, including but not limited to model quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, etc., and inference frameworks such as TensorRT.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong practical ability, winners in Kaggle, COCO, ImageNet, ActivityNet, ICPC, NOI/IOI and other competitions are preferred.

- Understand AutoML related algorithms, network structure or super parameter automatic search experience is preferred.

- Familiar with big data related frameworks and application of MR/Spark is preferred.

As part of IME’s Photonics & Sensors Department, the candidate will take lead of the development of various testing capability for advanced photonics, including but not limited to chip-level and wafer-level testing of optical devices and electro-optical devices at high RF frequencies, as well as the testing of electro-optical sub-modules and sub-systems. You will work closely with an excellent multidisciplinary team working on advanced photonics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop various photonics testing capabilities for both chips and wafers, including design and building of measurement setups
• Perform chip-scale and wafer-scale data collection for OE, EO and OO devices from frequency range of 0 to 110 GHz
• Optimize data acquisition and analysis process to improve test efficiency, e.g. automation of measurement processes for wafer-scale testing and corner analysis
• Manage photonics laboratory including facilities, health and safety, equipment calibration, inventory and stocktake
• Take the lead to procure laboratory equipment and consumables
• Prepare technical presentations and papers for internal meetings, as well as conferences and journals
• Collaborate with project team to ensure quality and on-time delivery for various projects
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Opto-electronics or equivalent
• More than 3 years hands-on experience in active photonics/optoelectronic device testing, especially for high-speed optical modulator and photodetector devices and electronic-photonic integrated circuit.
• More than 3 years hands-on experiences in optical setup construction and semiconductor & optoelectronic device characterization
• Experienced on experimental data acquisition and analysis
• Skillsets in programming or instrument automation is a plus
• Strong skills in problem-solving, communication and providing technical presentations
• Industry experience and awareness is a plus
