· Define the architecture and design specification for in house video encoder and decoder, according to market requirement.

· Make assessment of the video encoder quality, either in house design or licensed IP.

· Work with IC design team to resolve the issues during design phase.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Familiar with video compression technology, such as MPEG4, H264, H265, MPEG5, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Draft process improvement idea with the objectives to improve process / occupational safety, improve product safety / quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity / productivity, and reduce costs.

2. Implement Process Improvement idea via Management of Change system and/or Non-regular work system.

3. Coordinate, arrange and plan new grade trial run with R&D and Operation team, and handle the trial run and the evaluation.

4. Evaluate process performance and key process parameters from long term view and/or periodically to uncover potential risk that may leads to plant instability, safety or quality issues.

5. Troubleshoot plant trouble related to process, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function and/or based on request basis.

6. Participate actively in HAZOP , FMEA and Control plan studies as Process engineering function for safety and quality improvement.

7. Oversee Process related capital expenditures project from conceptual design up to Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Lead the project assigned by (assistant) manager of department.

8. Study and implement Industry 4.0 related technologies as part of Productivity Improvements and Process improvement Projects

9. Participate in Company EHSQ program and cooperate with its promotion and improvement.

10. Collaborates with other departments in Management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651, IATF16949, Safety Case regime, Energy management system and ISCC plus as process engineering function

11. Perform study as Process Engineering Function such as NRW, MOC and as per request from other departments.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

2. 3 year(s) of working experience in Petrochemical Industries (Preferred).

3. For Senior position, at least 5 year(s) working experience in Petrochemical Industries.

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.

• Basic understanding of infrastructure and network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.

• Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Education Requirement

Our Security Solutions team works closely with other security engineers to deliver security solutions to the project for our customers. You will play a part in the team to research, design, architect and implement security solutions such as SIEM and SOAR, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct implementation, maintenance, support and operation of the project's solution platforms
• Build and maintain a cloud infrastructure architecture aligning security, compliance, performance, and resilience
• Identity, evaluate and recommend new technologies/tools that can improve the security, resiliency and operational efficiency of the platform.
• Perform day to day operational task, scheduled change requests, troubleshooting and maintenance of the implementation
• Onboard and maintain log sources
• Crafting and maintaining log parsers / data flow for onboarded logs
• Management of SOC systems (including but not limited to SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intel, etc)
• Develop and maintain automation infrastructure for build and maintenance of solutions and to streamline manual operation tasks
• Management of solutions, including patch management
• Support vulnerability assessments by reviewing and providing remediation to the security hardening of the solutions.
• Involvement in improving and evolving workflow, processes and best practices to increase system maintenance efficiency and security standards.
• Sharing of knowledge through technical documentation, knowledge-based articles and sharing sessions with fellow peers in the team
• Collaborate with relevant parties and provide consultation as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver final project outcome
• Assess architectures and designs for security vulnerabilities; propose and build implementable alternatives
• Build and maintain monitoring, auditing, and reporting frameworks that produces artifacts that support security and compliance needs
• Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes, and dependencies

Requirements

Possess the following work experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in AWS, Azure and/or GCP, implementing, administrating and managing cloud network and resources (e.g., AWS EC2, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, Lambda, Security Groups, WAF, Guard Duty, Inspector, Kinesis Data Firehose)
• At least 2 years of experience in Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux configuration and troubleshooting
• Working experience in PowerShell, bash and/or python scripting, object-oriented languages, and web programming
• Working experience in DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving issues and delivering updates to stakeholders
• Basic project management skills
• Disciplines in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related qualifications
• Demonstrated capacity to learn independently with minimal guidance on new technologies
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong awareness of data security, data governance and performance, with an ability to deliver these key non-functional requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out implementation, maintenance, support and operation of the project's security monitoring use cases and automation playbooks.
• Maintain understanding of the architecture and work with security team to understand the use case and playbooks to be created.
• Identity, evaluate and recommend new areas of improvements for the implementation.
