Responsibilities:
• Process supplier confirmation by update purchase orders
• Preparation of Purchase Orders
• Preparation of change orders
• Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress
• Timely responses to supplier inquiries
• Follow-up and ensure supplier compliance is current
• Provide support on various activities as needed with Managers and team members
• Writes, and submits to vendors a detailed purchase order, outlining the project specifications, delivery date expectations, the amount of overs allowed, who will arrange freight, any other details pertinent to the project

Qualifications
• A minimum 1 year and progressively responsible job-related experience
• Familiarity with purchase orders
• Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and troubleshoot Electrical/Pneumatic/Hydraulic lifting equipment independently
• Support emergency/unscheduled repair of equipment
• Ensure given tasks are completed within the given timeline

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITC/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• MUST HAVE 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience in the hoist/crane industry
• MUST be hands-on, able to repair, and troubleshoot electric hoists, and electric overhead travelling cranes independently
• MUST HAVE a Singapore class 3 driving license
• MUST HAVE a can-do attitude, good multitasking skills, self-motivated, committed to customer satisfaction, and team player who can also work independently
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Supervisor role

Project Engineer Requirements:
