Requirement

• Min. Degree in Mechanical / Degree
• Has Min 3 years of experience in HVAC or chiller systems
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in chiller systems.
• Knowledge of routine maintenance and commissioning processes for chiller systems.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and effectively address client inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

1. Design of control system and programming coding for Building Management System (BMS) and IoT Solutions, inclusive of controls for Chiller Plant Room, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units and etc.

2. Design of HMI graphic design and SCADA or Cloud dashboard.

3. Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.

4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

5. Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams as per project requirements.

6. Conduct project reviews and prepare status reports.

7. Timely reporting to the Management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
