System Network Engineer who is able to maintain, upgrade and manage server system hardware and networks and in-house development environment software applications.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. The candidate should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. He/she should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Candidate must be able to perform routine rotation standby technical support to customer call and travel to customer site during silent hour (after working hours) to resolve operation issue.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilities Engineer (Tuas/1 Year Contract/ Up to $8000)

The Utilities Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the facility, equipment and systems are maintained in accordance with the detailed design and that GMP qualification is achieved and complied. The engineer will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Utilities system operations, maintenance and provide technical/expertise to ensure readiness for routine operations.

The engineer shall ensure adherence to standards and good engineering practices. This includes ensuring the design meets the requirements of Manufacturing, Quality, Information Systems, and Engineering groups. Support development of commissioning and qualification documents to ensure the utilities system is qualified per regulatory requirement. The engineer will have to also be able to independently resolve technical issues, escalate problems, work in teams, and promote sharing of lessons learned.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence, continuous improvement and day to day operations

· Lead/ Support continuous improvement for Utilities system operations, maintenance and reliability program.

· Establish metrics that ensure optimal utility operational performance.

· Lead/ Support system owner in Utility Projects - review of Engineering design documentation and associated engineering drawings.

· Lead/ Support Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and commissioning and testing of System to meet the User Specification Requirements (URS).

· Participate in system walk down to ensure reliable operations of utility systems.

Safety and Quality Compliance Management

· Lead/ Support in Audit readiness for regulatory inspections to ensure compliance to all relevant site SOPs, global SOPs, GEP and GDP.

· Provide support to the development, revision, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessment, Preventive maintenance program and Job Plans.

· Lead/ Support deviation investigation and ensure Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) is in place to prevent recurrence of similar incident.

· Lead/ Support Change control or change evaluation initiatives for continuous improvement to enable better system reliability and operations.

Job Summary:

Job Description:

• Takes charge of the entire engineering department, leading a team as they complete various projects
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation, and execution of works on-site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, and conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance with authority requirements.
• To carry out daily implementation of works at the site with assistance from fellow supervisors and foremen.
• To plan and ensure all implementations are carried out in accordance with the Construction program.
• Carry out daily discussions with the project team and fellow colleagues to ensure works are carried out smoothly and no re-work or clashes with other trade works.
• Study all related construction drawings and prepare and raise any RFI’s required early before implementation of the actual works.
• To prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure the smooth transition of works.
• Ensure all necessary inspections in accordance with the client’s requirements are carried out accordingly, correctly, and timely.
• The plan and sequences of the construction operations are in accordance with the Project Quality Plan. Attends all necessary site progress meetings, and internal meetings as & when required.
• Keep track of submission status like shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements & all other technical submissions.
• To carry out resource planning, machinery allocations, and equipment management on a day-to-day basis to ensure works at the site are carried out smoothly.
• Coordinates and maintains constant communications with fellow colleagues from other departments like architectural, technical, and planning.
• Liaise with the client’s supervisory department for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintaining necessary records at the site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• More than 10 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Proficient with AutoCAD and other office software
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Work closely with the project team to resolve technical issues
• Good attitude and communication skills
• Need to be stationed at the site (Jurong East)

• Experience in LTA projects is required

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with over 2 years of front-end development experience.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering design works.
• Prepare and review the design of the electrical works, e.g. equipment sizing, cable sizing and voltage drop calculation, power system study, electrical layout single line diagram, schematic drawings, etc.
• Handle equipment packages and procurement including technical specifications, technical clarification, technical bid analysis, etc.
• Develop cost estimates for electrical equipment and electrical works.
• Develop work schedule and coordination of the project works.
• Review the sub-consultants, sub-contractors and vendors' design and submission, ensuring all project specifications and design standard are met.
• Prepare all relevant checklists for installation, testing and commission works.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including internal teams of different trades, clients, consultants, other packages, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Attending to client's comments and ensuring client's approval and acceptance of all electrical works related design, installation, testing and commissioning works.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry. Working experience in water or wastewater industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works, e.g. high voltage system, low voltage system, transformers, motor starters, cabling works, earthing and lightning protection system, etc.
• Experience in project execution, project coordination, supervision and coordination
  with clients, consultants, and all other sub-tier under the Contractor.

Job Description

• Oversee process design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including process simulation, mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, control philosophy, process input for instrument/valve list, etc
• Provide process input and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, installation and T&C work
• Oversee technical review of process equipment/system vendors’ proposal and submission during procurement, detailed design and installation stages, support the procurement and tender work
• Prepare the process submissions and resubmissions to project consultants and client according to project schedule and clear the submittal comments
• Manage the process equipment suppliers to meet the project schedule and quality requirements for design, installation and testing & commissioning

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical/environmental/mechanical engineering
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience in process design and engineering work, ideally in water/wastewater treatment projects (Including sludge treatment); For senior position, candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

1. To supervise and manage the functions of Repacking/Containment/ICW operations and Maintenance.
2. To monitor the safe process flow and backlog level of TIW waste.
3. Ensure all staff are well trained according to OJT programme and following the safe work procedures and SOPs.
4. To ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of coordination with operation and sales team and customer service maintaining high quality of services.
5. To monitor the outgoing containment purchase budget and encourage the recycling of used containment to save cost.
6. Daily and regular inspection of the operation processes and monitor the plant 5S and TPM activities, safety and discipline at works, machineries and equipment conditions.
7. Lead the daily safety toolbox meeting and regular inspection of PPE items that staffs at workplaces are enough for their safety.
8. Conduct periodic review of existing procedures and workflow of plant operations and functions in lines with cost effectiveness with maximum throughput.
9. Apply continues improvement or modification plans to maintain an excellent operational model.
10. Work with Lab chemists to evaluate and develop new treatment methods and handing procedures for new and unknown wastes, and review of operation costs and regular update to management.
11. To ensure EHS compliance through the continual maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 implementation, and always maintain good housekeeping of site.
12. To prepare and analyze daily and monthly operation records/reports (e.g., cost, productivity, quality, non-conformance, etc) on plant processing and maintenance. And follow up necessary corrective actions and monitor consistently to relevant department staffs to follow up closely.
13. To compile annual budget of plant operations and Maintenance for Director’s approval and to ensure expenditures are well within the budget allotment.
14. To work closely with operation staffs and engineering staffs to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule for operations and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
15. Regular briefing / training to be conducted to department staffs for safety handling of repacking loose waste, MSDS, PPE requirement and risk assessment before operations.
16. To activate emergency response team of operation and maintenance staffs and response to any in house spill and fire incident if in case of emergency. To liaise with EHS department to ensure fellow dept staffs are upkeep with method of handling and emergency equipment usages in terms of spills and fire incident and to conduct regular practice and drill exercises with different scenarios to workers so that they are well familiar in emergency to response in time.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. To undertake any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
2. As an ISO committee member, to develop and implement documents for operation procedures, such as SOP, RA and MOC, SWP and participate in auditing the various departments as an Internal Auditor
