· Independent with minimum supervision.

· Lead a team of M&E subcontractors and vendors.

· Familiar in M&E compliances with codes and regulatory requirements.

· Supervise work execution and inspections with the Consultants.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Able to chair and/or attend site progress and coordination meetings, and involve in discussion on all project related activities with clients

· Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.

· Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on) of project staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.

Experience in M&E testing and commissioning, and handing over to client.

To prepare drawings and details design documents by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit.

To work with project personnel on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and comments, visualize and position them onto drawings.

Work closely with the project team in coordination, organization, and preparation of documentation and drawings.

Plan all drawing requests to meet the submission deadline.

Work in accordance with project scope and schedule.

Make the necessary changes in the drawing as per comments given by the project team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Cleanroom activities related to facilities like test bay hook up of test bays which includes electrical tie up, vacuum, PCW and gasses.
• Ensure cleanroom utilities supplies like process cooling water, electrical supply, helium, N2, Argon gasses are provided for 24/7 operations and work towards ZERO downtime
• Optimize inventory for cleanroom related parts.
• Ensure cleanroom assets are complied with regulatory MOM requirements
• Annual shutdown and maintenance of cleanroom facilities equipment
• Maintain cleanroom standards RH, temp and pressure as per ISO standard
• Maintain MAU, Chiller, CT, DRC, pumps to support manufacturing operations.
• Create or amend SOP, checklist, Preventive maintenance plan for facilities equipment
• Ensure the team is complied with EHS requirement
• Carryout RCA, 8D reports for critical equipment
• Provide training to the team
• Execute projects as and when needed.
• Monitor and achieve KPI

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mech / Elec with 10yrs experience in cleanroom environment. Preferably in semiconductor background
• Manage a team of 3 to 4 direct reports.
• Provide technical solutions related to facility issues
• Maintain good relationship with client and a team player
• Having knowledge in ISO 14001, 45000 and EHS requirements

Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary as well as any other services awarded's installation works.

• To supervise all works on site and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to local authorities requirement.

• Able to design, submit, coordinate drawings and plan for approval and amendment.

• Adopt preconstruction isometric drawing preparation and material take off prior to site possession.

• Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.

• Able to handle more than one project at a time.

• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

• Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.

• Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a License Plumber License are preferable

• Min 7 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Autocad will be advantage

• Class 3 Singapore Driving License

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing ACMV/Elec/Civil/Plumbing & Sanitary site works

- Liaise with Consultant & subcons to resolve technical/site issues and attend site meetings when required

Job Requirement:

• Be well-informed and understand MEP or construction drawings.
