The candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of M&E facilities in a Grade A commercial building. You will oversee functions and activities of day-to-day M&E systems and suggest improvement maintenance plans, you will also be involved in developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining the maintenance regime and process review. In addition, you are required to oversee the works carried out by the contractors and ensure minimal disruption to the building operation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support in the facilities management services, which include M&E support of the building
• Assist in the supervision of contractors in planning, coordination and execution of corrective, preventive maintenance, integrated system tests and annual building shutdown activities
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports for internal and external customers
• Assist in cost management and price negotiation with the vendors
• Support in other Ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent
• Certified Senior Fire Safety Manager will be considered a priority
• Relevant experience in Facility Building Maintenance services, ACMV equipment/chillers
• Knowledge in BMS or M&E infrastructure will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible for entering new markets and increasing market share; develop a sales strategy to meet the annual budget.
• Liaise with customers to understand their solution and after-sales needs, including providing quotations, generating sales reports, managing projects, and delivering sales presentations.
• Build strong relationships with compressor principals and suppliers.
• Assist with basic onsite troubleshooting of compressor machines.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma holder preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in selling Air/Gas transfer technology such as Compressor, Blower and/or Vacuum pumps, with some on-site experience in commissioning and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferably Class 3 driving license with own vehicle.

Job Description :

· Operate water treatment Plants (Inclusive of Demineralization, Wastewater Treatment, Electro chlorination), Chemical dosing system for Boiler water treatment and sampling system

· Support the Engineer in Plant operation work and implementing Permit-to-Work system via safe isolation/de-isolation of plant equipment

· Perform routine Plant check and laboratory analysis

· Ensure chemical safety and compliance with environmental regulations through site monitoring

· Assist in purchases for reagent, consumables and equipment maintenance

Requirements :

· Diploma in Chemical/ Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 3 years of related experience in Utilities, Power, Petrochemical or Process Plant

· Fresh graduate or NITEC in Chemical/ Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 6 years of related experience in Utilities, Power, Petrochemical or Process Plant are welcome to apply
