Job Responsibilities

  able to dissemble and assemble scanner according to maintenance manual (training provided)
  train and enable service partner to provide post-sales support to end-user
  manage and process of warranty claims, demo/standby unit loan, spare part cannibalization, with system and paperwork
  installation and configuration of hardware and software products
  
• Pre-sales support: support sales activity as technical expertiseAssists sales team, partner or customer to win and deliver goals
  Demonstration of hardware and software product
  assist in integration of own product with 3rd party solution
  training and enable partner on pre-sales technical capabilities
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related field
• Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as technical support engineer
• Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Able to Oversea Travel when necessary

Electrical and Control Design Engineer

Working day: Monday – Friday
Working Hour: 8:30am - 6:15pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements. Design, develop and test industrial robotic equipment/machine.
• Design electrical control system make electrical schematic drawings using E3 . (ePLAN knowledge will be added advantage) .
• Source and select control components and place order for the components.
• Execute control system set up, IO system, servo & step drive set up, axis tuning.
• Provide technical support on site.
• Good in documentation knowledge especially TCF.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and / or Electronics Engineering.
• Min 3 Years of relevant experience.
• Added advantage but not mandatory: programing skill of PLC (Beckhoff preferred), motion controllers, robots and touch panels.

System Administration

• Install and configure software and hardware.
