Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist the on-site delivery of SCADA projects and local O&M response.
• To accept the guidance and work arrangement of delivery team, jointly complete the on-site delivery and acceptance of the project.
• To assist the O&M team to support the local after-sales service of the project
• Project Delivery - Responsible for Renewable (Wind, Storage, Solar) site SCADA project implementation, including but not limited to SCADA software deployment, data acquisition testing, SCADA data verification, filing of project documents and handover to O&M team.
• Customer Contact - Interface with customer to help them solve the software issues during their usage.
• Process Improvement - Sort out the areas for improvement in the delivery process, provide feedback to relevant teams and drive for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation, computer science or a related discipline. Preferred to be experienced in renewables or electrical power SCADA system delivery.
• 3-5 years experience and must be familiar with SCADA system, preferred to have energy industry experience.
• Basic knowledge of network equipment (e.g., network switch, firewall, router) and SCADA system network architecture.
• Be familiar with industrial communication protocols e.g., Modus RTU/TCP, OPCDA/UA, IEC60870-104, FTP/SFTP.
• Preferred to have basic knowledge of Linux operating system commands, MySQL database commands.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• PC software proficiency Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Domestic and international (asia) travel (40% of time).

This position provides system support for all UNIX/Linux based software by implementing, monitoring and maintaining systems and application software running under UNIX/Linux. The position also works with software vendors to provide optimum system performance and availability.

Key job responsibilities

Role of Platform Engineer encompasses:

- Research, design and deploy software & tools required for AI factory team and their customers. The software infrastructure asset may include DataIku, MLOps, Graph, Vector databases

- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.

- Work with infrastructure operation teams to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements to deliver quality platform experience

- Ensure infrastructure assets are patched to manage vulnerabilities and upgraded before it gets obsolete.

- Analyze user needs in terms of scalability, availability and security to design and cater infrastructure and software solutions

- Provide support for critical business needs on platform troubleshooting / scalability issues

- Configure and extend custom monitoring solutions for proactive platform management

This role will oversee product management team and directly reporting to Director of Engineering. The person must be able to speak English and Mandarin as he or she will also collaborate closely with the Engineering staff in China.

The person will work closely with key stakeholders from strategic development and sales, engineering and production. This person shall be well versed in communication and coordination, strategic and organized personality, proactive, experienced and skilful in managing a team. Experienced in engineering and equipped with product management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Secure and confirm customer requirements and operational profiles to communicate effectively with R&D / plant engineers and ensure successful system integration with other vehicle components.

· Offer technical assistance to clients on existing and new projects and products. Ensure customer satisfaction.

· Assign ownership and manage the company Li-Ion battery product portfolio (Commercial EV and Marine) in providing fast technical-commercial proposal (support) to BD & sales team for pre-sales activities, for APAC, EU and US.

· Updated with market competitors’ capability on product benchmarking, working closely with R&D and engineering team in Singapore and China team to achieve strategic goals.

· Working closely with Strategic Development and Engineering Director in market – product penetration, product development roadmap, in securing market leading position with right technology, right cost (ROI) and right timing, through strategic partnership and/or organic growth. Strategize cost reduction efforts with engineering, procurements and all functions to ensure competitive price.

· Achieve product standardization with core segmentation to achieve stronger product brands, better economic of scale and technological improvement.

Requirements:

· Degree/Masters or Phd. in Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.

· Experienced product manager with total 8 - 13 years’ experience in development or application engineering, or system integration and product management, preferably in the space of mobility or electrification.

· Inclusive 3 – 8 years of experience in product management portfolio in mobility or electrification industry preferably with APAC, EU or US markets.

· Knowledge of Singapore and regional electrical standards, global vehicle standards and basic safety requirements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with our engineering team in China.

· Can-do attitude, and high EQ to manage customer relationships, and key stakeholders from strategic BD team, engineering team and PMO team.
