Job Description & Requirements
Major works scope as following:
· Setting up company’s technical standardization system, documentation filing system, technical library, technical document & drawing template etc., share to project team when new project awarded.
· Organize to provide technical support during tender stage & coordinate with internal/external parties.
· Organize to brief the technical planning to project team upon new project award.
· Early involvement for technical planning and implementation during preconstruction stage to optimize cost & time.
· Assist project to review on shop drawing/method statement/material submission scheduling, monitor the quality & schedule of technical documents submission if necessary.
· Regular site visit & assist project team on solving critical technical issues if necessary, such as major construction method/technology, ERSS, VE & Innovation etc.
· Review technical deviation which submitted by individual project & provide technical advice.
· Organize project technical audit & feedback comments to project team.
· Organize internal technical meeting & technical training/sharing.
· Organize project team to work out the report which highlight common good practice and problem solving to share with relevant staff.
· Involve technical staff recruitment interview & provide training to new technical staff.
· Evaluate technical staff performance & feedback to admin department if necessary.
