Roles & Responsibilities:

• Event Management
• Plan and coordinate monthly workshops and excursions, including setting topics and liaising with teachers and sales team for detailed content development.
• Organize and execute special events, including event planning and on-the-day management.
• Design promotional materials, update interactive whiteboards, and handle festive decorations.
• Digital Advertising
• Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
• Social Media Management
• Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook), including two static posts and one reel per week, which can be planned and scheduled in advance.
• Content Creation (website and CRM)
• Write and design monthly e-newsletters using HubSpot.
• Edit and update web content on WordPress, and create campaign-specific landing pages on HubSpot
• Community Engagement and Reporting
• Make announcements and manage the business WhatsApp group.
• Keep Google Business updated with monthly posts, respond to reviews, and upload new photos.
• Conduct marketing analysis and prepare reports using CRM data

• Develop comprehensive email sequences for lead nurturing, ensuring leads received from the website are engaged with various emails until conversion.
• Create onboarding email sequences for new students to ensure a smooth integration into our courses.

Requirement:

• A Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication and/or any relevant field.
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of media/advertising is an asset
• Resourceful and curious coupled with a team player mindset and good work ethic.

As an Aerial Yoga Instructor, your main role is to lead safe and enjoyable aerial yoga classes. You'll guide students in different poses, ensuring their safety and progress. Your job is to create a positive atmosphere and support students of all levels.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the studio thus providing a positive learning environment
• Be part of the team to prepare lesson plan for cooking classes
• To be proactive in keeping food costs within the allocated budget and seek improvements to reduce food wastes
• Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the class begins
• Any other assigned ad-hoc duties and operations duties.

Job Responsibility:

Curriculum Manager:

• Set the framework for Primary English language curriculum and pedagogy, ensuring that it is in line with MOE guidelines and delivering a learning experience that is fun, challenging and brings desired results.
• Clearly articulate the differentiating factors of the Primary English language curriculum and ensure they are communicated through the materials and lesson delivery.
• Provide leadership in curriculum planning, design, research and innovation.
• Stay current with curricular trends and ensure changes in Singapore’s MOE guidelines are promptly integrated into curriculum.
• Identify and lead a team of writers who will assist in curriculum development, be responsible for the training and development of the writers and ensuring that submission deadlines are met.

Teaching Duties

Requirements:

• Degree in English Language, English language Literature, or related field.
