• At least 1-2 years of working experience
• Aptitude to engage with content and learn to understand context, which is a big part of what we do.
• A passion for teaching and engaging students of different learner levels
• Has to be comfortable and profficent with use of technology in class

• Willing to collaborate with us to build a curriculum using our magazines, Present Perfect and Represent and/or for our curriculum projects.

• Deliver lessons in accordance with our in-house curriculum for students using various teaching methods to ensure a high quality of learning
• Marking students' work and going the extra mile for weaker students
• Managing classroom administration and student reports where necessary
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with students and parents/MOE teachers
