• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with other company departments to ensure cohesive project integration.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and academic forums, delivering presentations and building networks within academia and the industry.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management position at a major tech company or reputable research institution. Proven track record in leading teams in large model or NLP projects.
• Profound understanding of NLP, deep learning, and machine learning theories and practices. Familiarity with the latest developments in large language models (e.g., Transformer models).
• Exceptional leadership and personnel management skills. Capable of inspiring team members, facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts, and driving the team towards objectives.
