• Preferably with experience working in a school environment in the field of Science and Mathematics.
• Candidate must be proficient in English Language, including listening/understanding, speaking, reading and writing.
• Candidate should be able to use basic MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidate should be able to achieve work goals independently, while pro-actively seeking clarification as needed to offer the timely support for the departments’ programmes.

Working hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Description

Preparation of lesson materials and resources including supporting teachers in the Science experiments prep work and stock-taking.

Logistical support related to lessons and/or school programmes

Assist with student-related activities such as keeping track of students’ attendance, loans, lost & found, sorting and collation of worksheets, etc

General Administration such as binding, laminating, shredding, preparation and verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, housekeeping of files etc.

Job Requirements:

Early childhood related certificate (ACEY) for younger child.

Preferably with 1 years of relevant work experience as a teacher in preschool environment

( Monday to Friday )

No Saturday needed.
