The ideal candidate will support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all property engineering and maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily operations, including the maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other critical hotel infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel or resort engineering operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems commonly found in hospitality properties.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• B.Eng degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on network design and configuration.
• Good knowledge of system network design, configuration, and cyber security considerations.
• Good knowledge of backend software such as Database, network monitoring, backup, antivirus…etc
• Familiarity with backend software such as DP, network monitoring, backup, antivirus, etc.
• Hands-on experience with setup and maintenance of systems, preferably video surveillance systems, including network components such as switches, firewalls, and computers.

Apple is seeking a security professional to join its Information Security Response Organization, as part of the Threat Analysis and Incident Response function. A successful candidate will possess a proven technical background, relevant Information Security experience with a strong focus in the Incident Response lifecycle. You will work with a global team of security professionals on a follow-the-sun model with a primary focus on the identification, containment, and mitigation of security incidents. This role is an integral part of the security controls Apple uses to protect its customers, brand, and data. Minimum Qualifications

• More than 7 years of experience in Information Security with a focus on Incident Response, Security Engineering, and/or Intrusion Detection

MISSION

The Business Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining new applications within the organization. He integrates and inter-connects the various applications of the organization, so that they operate in a unified and automated manner. He provides support to the end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the IT-Apps Manager, the Business Analyst will perform the following main missions:

1. Project Management and Business Analysis (40-50%)

Plan and integrate new applications into the organization following IT application lifecycle best practices:

· Participate to the functional analysis of needs with various teams (finance, procurement, HR, education teams)
· Explore and benchmark solutions
· Plan and manage the project
· Guarantee clear communication and guidelines with the vendors
· Test and coordinate UAT of the selected solution with users
· Ensure specifications are met, documentation and deliverables are complete and updated
· Deploy and train the relevant stakeholders (support team, managers, end-users)

2. Data Integration and Automation (20-30%)

Ensure connectivity, dataflow and automation between the existing applications:

· Study current data flows and data mapping and propose automation
· Setup and maintain the interfaces between the applications
· Monitor data security and data flows to ensure data is up to date in all the systems and database
· Setup dashboards and automated reporting to feed pertinent data to stakeholder
· Maintain source code and interfaces documentation

3. Application Support (20-30%)

· Provide Ensure the support level 2 to the end users and subsequent continuous improvements.
· Identify and provide SOP for the level 1 helpdesk.

SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer (System) to join our back-office development team, contributing to the design and delivery of high-performance software solutions for the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system. You will work on developing cutting-edge, high-volume back-office solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the software meets user and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with users and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and understand software requirements.
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software for back-office operations of the AFC system.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including business rules, software specifications, architecture and design documents, testing specifications, and operational manuals.

Job Description:

• Monitor and verify that the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is adhered to at all times and taking action if the specifications are not followed.
• Monitor and verify that environmental impacts are kept to a minimum during the planning and design and construction phases of the project.
• Conduct surveillance, monthly inspections and detailed audits.
• Compile and complete checklists in order to aid the surveillance and inspection requirements.
• Keep records of all activities/incidents concerning the environment on site and issuing of spot fines for transgression of activities identified in the EMP.
• Recommend the issuing of penalties to the Engineers Representative for contravention of the EMP.
• Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme and Site Environmental Control Reports to the Occupier of the construction site.
• Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities.
• Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Report to the Occupier of the construction site.
• Assist the authorities to investigate environmental issues.
• Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards.
• Any other duties /responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Registered with National Environment Agency (NEA).
• Good knowledge of ECO Scheme and Environmental Laws.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in construction industry; particularly civil works or in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
• Familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Good team player and able to work independently with positive attitude.
• 6 Days work week - Working location at project site office, Tampines area.
