Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong emphasis on Windows Server administration in an on-premises virtualized and cloud environment.
• Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant certifications, such as MCSA or MCSE, are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Windows Server and Infrastructure Management:

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments (e.g., 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and oversee server hardware, virtualization technologies, and storage solutions for availability and scalability.

Active Directory and Security:

• Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, security settings, and domain controllers.
