1. Achieve Mechanical Design Engineer Level 2 expectations Successfully and shows potential
2. Be responsible for Mechanical design of equipment
3. Can prioritize activities in the engineering office
4. Support Mechanical Design Engineer Level 1 and 2 on engineering activities
5. Support the assembly and debug phases of the projects
6. Follow working instructions from Department Manager
7. Follow daily work activities defined by Project Manager
8. Additional responsibilities of Mechanical Design Engineer Level 2, Mechanical Design Engineer Level 3 or Assistant Project Manager may be performed as requested by Project manager
9. Be responsible for timely participating during meetings
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager
Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks
· Must be able to collaborate and communicate with all suppliers including systems’ vendors for all technical aspects as requested by Project Manager
· Pre-order standard material with internal Standard Factories as requested
· Must be able to improve and harmonize mechanical engineering practices as requested by Department Manager
· Participate in Project Design reviews
· Be responsible for successful design of systems to meet the budget and time expectations as defined by Project Manager
· Must be able to understand budgets and schedule controls
· Support Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager for the creation of the project internal URS
· Design pallets and critical stations based on project internal URS defined by supervisor.
· Be responsible for Design of mechanical cams
· Review cam designs and critical stations provided by Mechanical Design Engineer Level 1 and Level 2
· Support Validation team to create and test validation package per customer’s specifications
· Support Software Design Specification with the Control Engineer
· Release stations in the ERP system and follow up on delivery dates as instructed by Project Managers
· Be responsible for the creation and review of content of the assembly start package
· Be responsible for the creation of the assembly start package
· Be responsible for reviewing and approving the design of pneumatic schematics following project specific requirements
· Be responsible for accurately and timely generating the Mechanical Engineering documentation package assigned to each customer project
· Support debug activities on the floor as requested by manager
· Support manager to troubleshoot engineering modifications during debug phase. Identify problems and propose solutions in collaboration with the project team
· Must be able to communicate with Customer for technical aspects of a project as requested by manager

Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
7 years of relevant working experience or successfully achieve Mechanical Design Engineer Level 2 expectations.
