Maintenance

• Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different computer and electrical systems.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Technical Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Role description:

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct maintenance and resolve issues for TBM, electrical systems, locomotives, batching plants, cooling towers, and other tunnel facilities.
• Equipment Estimation and Procurement: Estimate requirements and procure electrical equipment and spare parts based on specifications.
• Drive Preparation: Plan and prepare for both the initial and main drives of the TBM.

About the Role

The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will work closely with the CENTAURI software and hardware engineering teams to develop and maintain embedded software for microcontrollers and peripherals, including sensors and optical devices. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will also work on embedded software for satellite communication payloads.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop features and fix issues for embedded software for the CENTAURI
• Develop features and fix issues for embedded software for satellite communication payloads
• Build embedded software prototypes for various peripherals to support R&D
• Plan and implement upgrades to the embedded tech stack for the CENTAURI, including migration to new platforms/architectures/SoCs
• Support CENTAURI links in production and debug production issues related to embedded software

Job Description:

The Refrigeration Engineer/Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems used in the production and storage of ice, including ice machines, cold rooms, freezer trucks, and autopacking machines. This role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards. The technician will collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve the overall efficiency of the facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Maintenance:Install and commission ice machines, cold rooms, freezer trucks, and autopacking machines.
   Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of refrigeration and packaging systems.
   Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns or malfunctions in refrigeration systems, including ice machines, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and automated packing equipment.
   
2. Refrigeration Systems Operation:Monitor the performance of ice-making and cold storage equipment.
   Adjust and calibrate refrigeration controls, such as thermostats and pressure gauges, to maintain optimal temperatures.
   Manage refrigerant levels, ensuring the proper handling and disposal of refrigerants as per environmental regulations.
   
3. Cold Room and Freezer Truck Management:Ensure cold rooms and freezer trucks maintain appropriate temperatures for ice storage and transportation.
   Conduct regular inspections of cold storage facilities and freezer trucks to identify potential issues.
   Manage the energy efficiency of refrigeration units, recommending upgrades or improvements when necessary.
   
4. Autopacking Machine Support:Maintain and repair autopacking machines, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
   Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on packing machines and automate systems as needed.
   
5. Documentation and Reporting:Keep detailed maintenance logs and records of equipment performance.
   Report any major equipment failures or parts that need replacement to management.
   Assist in managing spare parts inventory for refrigeration and packing equipment.
   
6. Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure all work complies with safety standards, especially when working with refrigerants and electrical systems.

Requirements:

1. Technical Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), or a related engineering field.
   Certification in handling refrigerants (e.g., F-Gas certification or equivalent).
   Electrical and mechanical certifications are preferred.
   
2. Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with commercial refrigeration systems, including ice machines, cold rooms, freezer trucks, and autopacking machines.
   Experience with ammonia-based refrigeration systems (if applicable) and other industrial-grade cooling systems is an advantage.
   Familiarity with automated packaging machines and production line equipment.
   
3. Technical Skills:Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both refrigeration and mechanical systems.
   Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

Job Scope:
As a member of customer support team, the Customer Support Engineer (CSE) will be responsible for technical support activities to customers and partners including on-site support and second line support as needed. He/she will act as the liaison between the field and customer support regional office in Hong Kong and being the technical representative to resolve customers and partners’ issues and escalations.

• Provide remote support to customers to resolve technical problem
