- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)

- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera, ensuring timelines align with project objectives.
- Coordinate with various parties to allocate resources efficiently, managing labour, materials, and equipment for optimal productivity.
- Track project milestones, monitor progress against the schedule, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to resolve issues and ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met and expectations managed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Evaluate project changes and their impacts on schedule and budget, facilitating necessary adjustments while maintaining project integrity.
- Prepare detailed project reports for management that include schedule updates, resource usage, and financial performance.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years relevant experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board
