Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate project resources and information, ensuring that the project requirements are met. As a Project Engineer (PE) you will be responsible for working across multiple teams while executing project plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Project Tasks

• Discipline in detailed documentation and reporting of projects plan, project status and issue logs.
• Identify and schedules customer-facing meetings to assure effective completion of projects Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project schedule.
• To assist in install, setup, testing and provide technical support for the product installation team.
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Review technical documentation of projects and implementations as well as service deliverables.
• Manage customer relations by fostering productive and effective relationships with business users.
• Timely escalation of critical situations and any likely project risk that can impact project delivery scheduled to Manager.
• Effectively and accurately set client expectations and deliverables.
• Write documents describing functional specifications, protocols, test cases and maintenance guidelines for medical equipment.
• Keep documentation of implementation on all medical equipment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working in the IT industry, preferably involved in project delivery adopting SDL
• Familiar with Networking, Microsoft Operating System and SQL Server
• Relevant experience or interest in project management will be highly advantageous

• Manage daily activities on site.

Duties & Responsibilities :

· To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.

· To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.

· Manage Correspondence & Documentation with Client/Client' Representative and Contractors.

· To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department.

· To review and approve equipment / materials requisitions.

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors

· Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.

· Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.

· Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

Requirements :

· Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

· Minimum 3years experience from Construction background.

· Positive personality and good team player.

· Meticulous and responsible.

· Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive management of project quality, safety, progress.
• Develop construction plans, and various quality and safety control measures, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and plans.
• Efficiently utilize labor resources, monitor quality changes during work, and coordinate self-inspections and mutual inspections of quality and safety.
• Review project quantities and promptly handle visa procedures.
• Organize the final acceptance of projects and coordinate the handling of design changes and project negotiations during construction.

• Liaise with Party A’s supervisor, strictly adhere to assigned tasks, and comply with directives.

Job Description

• Plan, propose, coordinate and execute utility diversion related works
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on project coordination
• Liaise with utility agencies e.g. SPPG, telco & etc
• Supervising and managing utility site related site construction, installations, testing and commissioning activities
• Prepare documentation (method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures) for timely submission and review

Requirements

• Equipped with knowledge of NCE application
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 2 years’ relevant experiences utility works
• Candidate with Register Earthwork Supervisor Certificate is preferred
