Job Description

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a CQV Engineer for our project on site with our client.

You will be responsible for planning, writing, implementing and reviewing Validation protocols in place within highly regulated environments. Your expertise will lend a hand in tactical problem-solving, effective communication, and creating a progressive growth culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review and approve qualification protocols such as FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ of existing manufacturing process equipment, package units (e.g. Ultrafiltration Unit, Chromatography Columns, autoclave, FIT testers), commercial off the shelves (COTS) analytical instruments, freezers
• Experience in writing and executing validation documents and SOPs for IQ, OQ, PQ for automated systems, and cleanrooms
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering with 3 years of working experience in GMP environment
• Understanding of manufacturing engineering experience in a Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnological company

Project Engineer
Working hours: 5.5 days (8am – 6pm)
Salary: $3500 - $5000 (Depends experiences)
Location: Island-wide (Depends Project Location)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
• Organize labor, equipment and material for day to day site activities
• Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record. All delivery order are to be return to office for record
• Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirement:

• Min 2 years of relevant experiences
• At least Degree Holder in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
