• Support foundry / assembly house on process qualification, test house management, test probe card, load board and tester validation on performance over process and operating condition, debug and release test program into mass production.

• Interface with management and business teams to provide yield outlook for product planning and cost analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years experience with ATE test platforms, especial familiarity with Advantest 93K.
- Good understanding of VLSI test techniques.
- Basic understanding of digital/analog functional block and electronic circuits.

Objectives of this Role

1. Ensure the highest quality of our operations system by developing and executing tests to detect and report any errors in the product.
2. Develop suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with our customers' needs.
3. Coordinate with various functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes.

Responsibilities

1. Write test cases, prepare and create test data, execute, and retest test cases.
2. Leverage in-house GenAI for test case creation and enrichment.
3. Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
4. Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
5. Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
6. Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
7. Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders, and work on their resolution.
8. Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
9. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
10. Collaborate with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.
2. 1-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or similar roles.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

1. Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks.
2. Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester).

Job Purpose:

Performs a variety of quality assurance activities to ensure successful completion of projects or aspects of large programs. Applies technical expertise and knowledge of advanced statistical techniques to support engineering work in the design, development, and evaluation of medical devices. Supports development and successful implementation of quality systems and procedures. Supports maintenance and expansion of QMS as required. Frequent inter-organization contacts on technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads or assists in the development of, and continuous improvement of, quality systems for R&D in compliance with 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485 and EN requirements with specific focus on design control.
• Ensures compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through appropriate communication, training, and education of sound quality assurance principles.
• Contributes as a team member on development projects carrying out assigned quality assurance responsibilities.
• Promotes advanced understanding of customer needs and processes to ensure relevant and innovative product development.
• Applies Design to Cost and Design for Manufacturability methods to support project leader in achievement of project objectives.
• Supports cross-functional planning, coordination, and reviews.
• Leads Risk Management plans/ reports and situational analyses for products under design authority.
• Promotes the use of statistics in the testing and control of quality. Applies Six Sigma methodology to support product development process.
• Actively mentors associates in related technical roles. Provide technical direction and frequent feedback. Participate and assist in their success.
• Contributes to assembly and maintenance the Design History File (DHF).
• Supports quality initiatives for plant issues.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years working experience in medical device industry.
• Good working knowledge of medical device regulations and practices (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, etc.)
• Good knowledge and understanding of process development, total quality tools, and continual improvement approaches.
• Complete understanding of quality assurance principles and concepts, total quality tools, continual improvement approaches, industry practices, and standards.
• Advanced understanding of design control, disciplined product development processes, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma methodology, statistical methods and analysis.
• Ability to translate customer needs into design inputs and specifications.

Job Description:

1. Monitor and maintain critical data centre infrastructure, including power distribution systems (UPS, generators), HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, and access control systems.
2. Perform preventive maintenance on data centre equipment and systems.
3. Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
4. Liaise with the building landlord to coordinate maintenance schedules, address building infrastructure issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
5. Support off-office hours activities, including responding to emergency alarms, performing on-call duties, and coordinating with vendors for emergency repairs.
6. Ensure strict adherence to data centre physical security procedures.
7. Follow documented incident response procedures, track incidents to closure, and communicate with stakeholders.
8. Generate reports to management, including monthly performance reports, incident summaries, root cause analyses, and status reports on ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in data centre facility management.
2. Experience working in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centres.
4. Experience with fire suppression systems and access control systems.
5. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Must have prior experience working in data centre operations in financial institutions.
