• Lead daily operation as an HSE Production Engineer to ensure Safety in both daily operation and construction projects at site.

• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date.
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities.

Your role

Our major Oil and Energy Downstream Client is urgently looking for Electrical Execution Engineer who will be responsible for executing and managing Electrical scope/element of capital projects in the Development and Execution phase in a safe, timely, reliable and within budget. You will provide technical review, scope clarity, cost estimate & schedule input, constructability etc for Capital Project in the early Project phases (Select/Define). • Provide support and inputs to contractor risk assessments and mitigation plans supporting the use of tools such as a Job Hazards Analysis and daily Task Hazard Assessments.
• Coordinate and lead the Permit to Work (PTW) process.

You are we are looking for if you:

• Have Diploma/Graduate Degree in engineering discipline (Electrical/Instrument) or equivalent technical work experience in the electrical/instrumentation trade
• Have 5-10 years of Project execution/construction experience for Electrical in oil and gas, downstrea, chemical, and/or refinery industries
• Have strong Planning, Coordination and Stakeholder management skills in managing and executing projects with significant Electrical scope
• Have strong understanding of field installation, construction, and commissioning of electrical. This includes quality control, complex troubleshooting, FAT/SAT

• Have experience with HV & LV switchgear/transformer, motors, VSD, UPS, EDG preferred
