Responsibilities:

The scope of Project Engineer shall include but not limited to the following:

• Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments;

• Manage and coordinate the the design, installation, testing and commissioning activity, including coordination with all stakeholders (contractors, site owners, end users);

Job Description

· Assist in project planning and scheduling.

· Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance to project requirements and industry standards.

· Assist construction manager & quantity surveyor in project progress claim.

· Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.

· Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues.

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence.

· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.

· Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.

· Experience in a marine construction company is favorable, however, fresh graduates may apply.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad.

· Able to start work immediately.

· Singaporeans / Singapore PR / Malaysians or those holding relevant residence status may apply.

Job Scope:

• Supervise site operations and daily activities on construction or engineering sites
• Manage project timelines to ensure the project stays on schedule
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensure quality control by conducting site inspections and monitoring work to meet design specifications
• Monitor and enforce safety standards to comply with health and safety regulations
• Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials for project efficiency
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site
• Review plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, offering feedback and solutions
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior engineers or project managers
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities and materials used
• Assist in cost control by monitoring project expenses and tracking material usage
• Supervise the installation of systems or equipment as required
• Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with design
• Conduct and participate in site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in LTA underground or MRT projects
• Experienced in managing underground projects, including D-wall, borepiling, and other structural works in Singapore.

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

- Degree holder with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holders with 8 years’

experience in design and implementation.

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

- Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently

- Good interpersonal/communicational skills

- Experience as a consulting in the construction industry is a pre-requisite

Developing Strategies to improve Company performance,Provide supports to execute MOC (Management of Change) jobs, shutdown job, revamping and turnaround job and to ensure job is executed as Exxonmobil standard and specifications.

Developing Work method of statement, Job safety analysis, Risk Assessment.

Prepare and develop Job packs, Loop folders, test packages, red line mark ups and as-builting.

Prepare and procure materials. Prepare and submit material approval to client.

Review and verify Construction drawings, generates engineering query, field instructions.

Process and Construction and Management @ Jurong Island Field work.

Responsibilities

• Support and provide mechanical engineering design
• Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing.
• Supervise and coach a team of engineers in mechanical services for the project from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
• Act as either Project Manager or Team Leader in projects.
• Act as mentor to new employees.
• Provide technical assistance to engineers.
• Advise engineers on the project administration and contractual issues.
• Conduct technical discussion on common design problems with engineers

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with PEB Singapore
• Candidate must have min 6 years of relevant working experience in design engineering of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA)
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be added advantage
