Customer Relations Officer / Public Relations Officer

To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints.
Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s enquiries.
Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
Provide admin support to the project team.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
'O' level or equivalent qualification
Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
