Job Description

• To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints.
• Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
• Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s enquiries.
• Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
• Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
• Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences.
• Provide admin support to the project team.

Job Requirments

• Diploma in related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience as CRO or project Site Admin
• Good command of English in order to liaise with relevant government agencies.
• Proven Office 365 experience – Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Willing to work 5.5 days at HDB construction site.

Your Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to do servicing and repairing of machineries and equipment.

What Will You Do

• To perform repairing, servicing and maintenance of machineries and equipment.
• To carry out calibration, preventive maintenance and troubleshoooting on the machines.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

What Do We Want

• No experience is needed, training will be provided.
• Willing to learn, good interpersonal and communication skills.
