Job Description

• Maintain Hygiene Standards: Oversee and enforce the resort’s hygiene policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of health and safety protocols in the resort.
• Food Safety and Regulation. The role will be encompass overseeing the necessary food safety and governance procedures to ensure that we follow all regulated standards.
