Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the commercial building premises to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Conduct regular security checks and clocking as per shift schedule.
• Control access to the building, check identification and issue passes to visitors.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Assist in emergencies, including fire alarms and evacuations.
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Liaise with building management and tenants to address security concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building security protocols and regulations.
• Perform regular checks on security systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and visitors.

• Valid PLRD license.
• Prior experience in security, preferably in a commercial building setting.

Job Description

• Position Title: Secure Cash Transit Officer
• Working Location: Island Wide
• Working Hours: 6days (12 hours shift, 6 am – 1 am, any 12 hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,500 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Provide secure transport and escort services for ATM cash replenishments and collections.
• Ensure the safety and security of cash and valuable items during transit.
• Coordinate with bank personnel and security teams to schedule and execute secure cash movements.
• Conduct route planning and risk assessments to ensure safe transit.
• Monitor and maintain vigilance during transit, identifying and responding to potential security threats.
• Adhere to all security protocols and procedures during cash handling and transport.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash movements, including documentation of deliveries and collections.
• Report any incidents or suspicious activities immediately to the relevant authorities.
• Perform regular checks on security equipment and vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide a professional and courteous service to clients and stakeholders.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Logistics Officer to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Jobs Scope:

• Adhere to all operational procedures and compliance standards.
• Act as the main contact for delivery, shipment, and customer inquiries.
• Manage system transactions for receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment planning.
• Coordinate with customers and transporters to resolve daily issues and meet delivery/collection requirements.
• Perform stock allocation and arrange shipments based on customer instructions.
• Prepare and consolidate outbound documentation for cargo release and return to customers.
• Collect and manage data for reporting to the Operations Executive/Manager.
• Oversee record retention, documentation, and cycle count processes.
• Ensure all KPIs are met and provide timely, accurate reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and provide backup support when needed.

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of warehouse operations experience
• Basic computer skills
