Predict risks and challenges, manage program prioritization and timelines, and balance business requirements against technical and operational limitations. Additionally, you must establish both quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of key programs, implement systems and processes, and oversee and drive programs to successful completion:

• Drive Accelerated Technology for PDE (ATPDE) Global network management to develop & implement strategic, process development, technode development and quality engineering programs that are aligned with PDE and Micron’s quality strategic objectives
• Structure and implement analysis to develop recommendations and drive execution / implementation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in business process and cross-functional/regional quality functions
• Engage various partners from technical experts to senior leadership to facilitate and drive key strategic & quality engineering programs for ATPDE, PDE & global Assembly & Test network.
• Being able to apply project management skills to initiate, plan, implement, drive, and evaluate the project effectiveness
• Must have a strong data analytic skill, coding & script (phyton), dashboard (Power BI/ Tableau etc.) design and development skills
• Publish on-time weekly business reports.

Requirements

• Bachelors in any Engineering or Science (Data Analysis/Statistics) or related
• Experiences in Technology/IT project management
• Experiences in high technology or semiconductor industry
• Experiences working across time zones in multi-functional global teams
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard design and development (Power BI/Tableau, etc.), project management, and English communication
• Knowledge and experience in automation, product, or process engineering is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sr Program manager in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives by using analytics. Working collaboratively with team members across Micron’s global sites, you will contribute to our profitability goals and future cost reduction aspirations. You will also lead cross-functional initiatives across category teams, developing and implementing actionable insights that empower the category team to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Be functional expert(Semicon Material, Interconnect, Mechanical, etc) to be able to provide training & coaching to related CSM on the specific categories’ should cost analysis.

Work closely w/ related CSM using the McKinsey Cleansheet system to do the should cost model creation, related data gathering & validation, and should cost vs. current price gap analysis & the identify the continuous cost improvement opportunity.

Work W/ related should cost champion to quarterly evaluate, validate should cost w/ the CSM. Report the should cost related KPI including saving opportunity, should cost coverage/adherence rate etc.

Continuously work w/ CSM & SMAI team to apply process enhancement & automation for the should cost related activities.

Support Design for Cost efforts between Sourcing, Engineering and Business units;

Requirements

• Familiar w/ the product cost analysis including identifying the cost structure, investigate the cost element and continuously explore cost improvement opportunities.
  
• Deep knowledge on the related commodities’ operation process, raw material price and market situation.
  
• Fluent oral & written English is a must
  
• Experience of the McKinsey Cleansheet system or similar cost analysis system is a plus.
  

Operation/Engineering background is plus.

Leads people who are responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Assigns, directs and monitors system analysis and program staff. These positions' primary focus is project/program management, rather than the application of expertise in a specialized functional field of knowledge although they may have technical team members.
