Job Description of Client Success Manager

What you will do:

• Build strong rapport with key client stakeholders and own the entire client lifecycle from successful onboarding, launch to ongoing relationship and/or engagement initiatives management, quarterly business reviews and driving business growth through renewals by increasing an account’s annual recurring revenue and in parallel, reduce risk of churn.  
• Enhance client satisfaction and trust by boosting adoption, retention, and engagement through proactive monitoring and analysis of client data, providing valuable recommendations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.   
• Demonstrate expert understanding of ThoughtFull’s products, services, and engagement initiatives (including clear demonstration sessions).   
• Develop and deliver activation programs and/or engagement and communications plans at scale (including collaboration with internal teams) to drive education, increase engagement levels and create meaningful quantified impact based on client’s needs.  

• Minimum experience of 3 years in client success, account management, change management or strategic Human Resources in a medium to large organisation (matrix, Software as a Service (SaaS) or management consulting organisation is an added advantage) where you have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects/portfolios with either high recognised revenue or large/diverse set of stakeholders.  

• Displays a strong professional conduct, excellent stakeholder management (from rank-and-file to C-suite) and written and verbal communication skills tailored to fit audience.  

• Strong business acumen and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, i.e., the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver several initiatives at any given time.

Job Description:

1. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage ERP Project Engagement.
2. Responsible for the successful initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project
3. As a PM, you should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for providing inputs to the Account Manager for implementation updates and assisting with the account growth.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of working experience including 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
2. Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management on ERP Projects. Oracle Netsuite project management experience is preferred.
3. Specific experience with structured development methodologies and standards.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary. Experience with working with nearshore teams is preferable.
5. Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, and able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial work environment.
6. Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

The Project Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions and securing project rights. It involves addressing the client’s needs including preliminary project design and coordinating with technical and account departments on project execution. The Project Development Manager’s key responsibilities include the following:

• Source and identify project leads, primarily in Singapore and potentially for South East Asia region
• Prepare & submit proposals, ensure timely responses to RFPs and RFQs, manage, review and coordinate project quotations, bids and tender submission for the Company
• Collaborate with design & project management teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals that consider optimal PV performance, constructability and project schedules. Ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution.
• Prepare PV system performance and financial analysis from building owner & developer perspective. Serve as primary contact point for clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify new business opportunities by staying current with market trends, tech advancements and other market opportunities.

This position reports directly to the Head of Project Development.

Requirements:

For experienced managers, minimum requirements:

• Equivalent experience or Diploma/bachelor degree in Science, Engineering
• Experience with sales acquisition, project development, tender preparation, project costing
• Experience in project financing and evaluating project returns incl. ROI and IRR analysis

For new graduates, minimum requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor degree in Science, Engineering
• Willingness to learn - interest in developing projects and closing sales contracts

Requirements:
