• Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM), calibration and troubleshoot equipment-related problems on a timely basis to minimize equipment downtime
• Assist engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment

• Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives

• Assist new associate engineers on their on-the-job-training (OJT) by acting as their buddy

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology or equivalent
• Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system and electrical wiring system
• Good Team Player
• Good Problem-Solving skills
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift

What you will be working on:

• Establish systems/guidance in sustaining and improving all equipment performance indices to meet operations goals.
• Perform shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production when requested.

More About You:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics or equivalent
• 2-5 years semiconductor wafer fab experience as an Equipment Engineer
• Engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/ pneumatic/ hydraulic control system, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system and electrical wiring system
• Familiar with TEL Unity DRM/ ME+ Platform and Dry Strippers
• Good Team Player
• Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills

• Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and position loads on construction sites
• Perform pre-operational checks on cranes and related equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Follow signals and instructions from ground personnel for safe load handling
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during operations
• Maintain accurate records of operations, including load weights and lift details
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on the crane to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and address minor mechanical issues with the equipment
• Work closely with other construction workers to coordinate lifting operations
• Assist in rigging loads and securing them for transport
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
• Must have a crawler crane license with at least 5 years relevant working experience in construction industry.
• Able to read and communicate in simple English
• Willing to work 5.5 days’ work week and long hours to meet project deadlines
• Positive attitude and a team player
