• Ensure supply of safety kits to workers and ensure adherence to safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Ensure timely completion of work as perthe target set by the project management.
• Ensure proper upkeep and safety of Railway’s assets - both immovable and movable.
• Ensure cleanliness of work premises and ensure good housekeeping by eliminating trash, filth, and foreign matters creating a cleaner workplace. Inculcate cleaning as a form of inspection and establish clean-up time every day.
• Ensure correct handling of material so that damage does not occur due to mishandling.
• Managing workshop progress schedule/planning
• Able to command/control workshop Manpower arrangement
• Knowledge of fabrication for both thermoplastic and steel fabrication
• Product QA/QC check for both thermoplastic and steel fabrication
